Welcome! I provide counselling to teens and adults (ages 12+) in English & Spanish. The clientele that I typically work with consists of individuals who struggle with depression, ADHD, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, trauma, BPD, bipolar, self-esteem issues, self-harm, emotion dysregulation, burnout, family conflict & chronic illness. I also work with couples who are looking to strengthen their relationship. Starting counselling and even trying to find a counsellor can be nerve-wracking, but you’re doing it! You took the first step!

I take more of an integrative approach, where I combine different techniques and interventions from different therapeutic approaches. I use Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centred, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused.

I was once in your shoes, looking to begin counselling because I felt like I needed support. Starting counselling can be nerve-wracking, just know that this feeling is normal, and that I will do my best to help make counselling a good experience for you. I am here to help you get through life’s toughest moments and to help you achieve optimal well-being.
